Donna Hicken is a mother, wife, news anchor, author, marathoner, and two-time breast cancer survivor.

She started the National Marathon to Fight Breast Cancer because, as she puts it, "Facing cancer is a lot like running a marathon - a long arduous race that challenges the body, mind, and spirit." The best part is: a portion of the proceeds benefit her foundation for women living with breast cancer and the Mayo Clinic.
